 The CI1000™,
HFT-1500,
and ACCU-Prober™ come with 1 license each of the
following software:
WaveForm Viewer™

The WaveForm Viewer™ is a software
package from Introbotics for both the ACCU-Prober™ and
the CI1000™ that allows graphic viewing of the testing
results of each controlled impedance trace. Viewer
features are:

Allows easy selection of impedance measurement zone. |

Dynamically recalculates impedance for each selected
measurement zone. |

Displays controlled impedance, propagation delay, and
dielectric constant information for each trace. |

Displays end and midpoint VIA affects. |

Dynamic cursor provides readout of impedance along entire

Creates printouts for documentation purposes. |
TDR waveforms can be captured for each test point,
viewed off-line, and sent electronically to your
engineers or customers. The Waveform Viewer™ allows easy
selection of the impedance measurement zone and
dynamically recalculates impedance for each selected
zone. The Viewer displays controlled impedance,
propagation delay, and dielectric constant information
for each trace. End and midpoint VIA affects are
displayed and a dynamic cursor provides readouts of
impedance along the entire trace. Printouts can be
produced for documentation purposes.

HFT
Report Writer™

The HFT Report Writer™ is designed
to produce a customize report of all the numerical
controlled impedance test data and to generate
histograms. The Writer also provides the capability to
generate an “Out of Center” report with programmable
conditions against any data set. The HFT Report Writer™
provides a way to customize a query of the CI1000™,
HFT-1500,
or ACCU-Prober™ database to extract only the test
results you need regardless of when or for whom the test
data was taken. The Writer also allows you to sort the
data results by board serial number (for pass/fail
reports) and by test point (for statistical analysis).
You can then select only the data you want to appear on
the test report (mean impedance, prop delay, effective
Er, Equivalent Trace Bandwidth, etc.) including
statistical data calculations.

HFT
Cam Importer

The CI1000™, HFT-1500, and the ACCU-Prober™
supports the importation of CAM files to define the test specifications and job
information of products to be tested. The Introbotics formatted CSV file
contains the information necessary to test product on a tester including X,Y
locations, Test Point names, min/max expected impedance values, job number, etc.
The “HFT Cam Importer”
program has the following capabilities:
- Imports the CAM data file into testers.
- Runs detailed syntax checking on CAM files to
ensure data quality
- Finds the closes reference node (ground or power
pin) and associates it with the desired test point to
assemble the necessary set of probe points on the
board
- Eliminates duplicate nets during the importation
- Optimizes the robotic movement in determining test
point order.
- Optimizes the set of robotic probes needed to
probe a board (e.g., reduces needed probe set to
40mil, 75mil and 100mil probes only)
- Allows the user to define the acceptable tolerance
between the probe pitch and test point-to-reference
pin pitch
- Provides graphic image of imported test points,
reference pins, and fiducials.
- Provides an archive file of file imported data
set.
