Mechanical Engineer (Full-Time)

We are seeking a Mechanical engineer to perform a variety of tasks in the development of capital equipment for the printed-circuit fabrication industry. The following skills and experience are required for the position:

Design of bent sheet metal and machined parts
Deflection and bending analysis
Pneumatically controlled mechanism design
Tolerance stack-up, including slip, locational and force fits
2-D and 3-D CAD in an Autocad environment
Packaging and thermal management of electronic sub-systems
Cable routing, penetration and strain relieving
Component selection and BOM generation

This position requires a proven track record of successful projects in a large-scale capital equipment environment. A BSME (5 yrs exp) or ASME (10 yrs exp) is also required. We are a young company and want a hands-on individual who can hit the ground running.

Electrical Engineer (Part-time, 20-30 hours/week)

We are seeking an Electrical engineer to perform a variety of tasks in the development of capital equipment for the printed-circuit fabrication industry. The following skills and experience are required for the position:

Low and high power industrial controls design
Interface of logic to high-power loads
Complex wire harnessing, cabling, and shielding
Design for electrical safety and EMC
Schematic capture and PCB layout (preferably in a Protel EDA environment)
Systems integration via multi-sheet schematics
Component specification and BOM generation

This position requires a proven track record of successful industrial control work. A BSEE (5 yrs exp) or ASEE (10 yrs exp) is also required. We are a young company and want a hands-on individual who can hit the ground running.
